Banana Oat Bread
A delicious way to use those overripe bananas!
Ingredients
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup white flour
1 cup quick oats
⅓ cup sugar, honey or agave
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1½ cups mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla,
½ cup add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit)
Cook loaf for 45-60min or cook muffins 15-20min at 350°
