Energy Bites

Energy Bites are the perfect snack to keep you or your children fueled as we head into a new school year!

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/4 cup Quick Cook Oats

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or nut butter of your choice)

  • 1/3 cup Honey (if not using add some extra peanut butter)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Almonds (or nut of choice),

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips,

  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)

  • 1/2 dash of Cinnamon
