Energy Bites
Energy Bites are the perfect snack to keep you or your children fueled as we head into a new school year!
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cup Quick Cook Oats
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/3 cup Honey (if not using add some extra peanut butter)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup Chopped Almonds (or nut of choice),
1/4 cup Chocolate chips,
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)
1/2 dash of Cinnamon
