Mango Salsa
INGREDIENTS
2 mangoes, peeled and finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
(seeds removed for less spicy flavor)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Handful of cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well to combine.
Enjoy with chips, fish tacos, burritos, rice bowls, or alongside any savory dish.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Tastes delicious as leftovers!
